1- Unplugged the TV:
I have Unplugged my television (TV) and put my TV remote hidden cause of all the news channels shows one and only one news about fear.
2- Avoid Social media:
I am avoiding to consume Social media platforms that spread rumors about Corona. I think we don’t need to consume all the media info for more than 30 minutes in a day.
3- Stay Awared:
I am not believe at fake source of news. I got what info I need to stay aware. I find all the updates about CORONA that I need, from official websites WHO.
4- Stopped Staring my Phone:
I have Stopped endlessly staring at my phone. I spend more time with family as always. I have deep and meaningful conversations with my parents, siblings, spouse and kid.
5- Used technology and Avoid traveling:
For a business meeting I used technology like video conferencing, phone calls and remote access of my client computer. I am avoiding unnecessary travel on these days.
6- Divided My Pocket:
I have divided my pocket for my cellphone and Handkerchief because both in same pocket may be cause of any bacteria or virus that effect on my health.
7- Build immunity:
I always try to stay clean and safe. Eat healthy. Be hygienic. Consciously I build my immunity with good habits and a strong mindset.
8- Mask on Eyes:
I wear a mask at my eyes instead of mouth to avoid unnecessary knowledge about Corona. I know what knowledge I need.
